Welcome to those of you coming from the amazing Anna, as well as those of you who regularly visit! Yep! The Squirrel Squad and I are back with another hop! As I'm sure you recall, each month we focus on a supply we've been squirreling away or a technique we haven't given a lot of time to. We also choose a theme to work around. We must have all had spring fever when we agreed that this month's theme had to be florals and watercolors!
I had several card ideas I wanted to pursue for this, but it's been very busy at the P&D household. However, I'm thrilled with the one card I was able to make! It was inspired by the periwinkle variegated hydrangeas that my grandmother grew. To see the card making in action, check out my TikTok! Pay special attention to how I used one stamp to make the border and only had to position the stamp twice!
I hope I've been able to inspire you to grab those watercolors! As you can see, no special painterly techniques required! And there is WAY more inspiration to come! Just keep hopping along! Next stop: the brilliant and talented Natasha! And if you love what we're doing, please leave a comment! We love it even more when you subscribe!
