When you're this close to the deadline, it's a good idea to keep it simple with chocolate bark. But simple doesn't have to mean boring! Everyone will want s'more of this creation!
All you will need is:
- chocolate bark (available at the grocery or craft store, or even through Amazon)
- broken up graham crackers (or teddy grahams)
- mini marshmallows
- a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper on it
- a heart shaped cookie cutter (if you wanna get fancy, and yes you do)
Simply melt the chocolate then spread it on wax paper.
Sprinkle your graham cracker bits over the top, leaving room for the marshmallows.
Now sprinkle the marshmallows over.
Let the chocolate set. If you put it in the freezer, it should really be for a couple of minutes MAX. You want it firm, but not hard. It will hold a shape, but not break as the cutter goes through it.
Now break that heart! So it's easier to eat of course!
If this is your first time in the world of chocolate, go ahead and check out this video! While the toppings I use are different, the effect is the same!
See you tomorrow for another day of love!
