As I'm strolling into the last week of January, I'm proud to say I'm still going strong! I haven't purchased any craft supplies (even adhesive!) and I have taken a very full view of my stash, using things that have been sitting around, and trying projects that have been on my list a long time! So what did I accomplish this week?
First, I made these three cards for our new Squirrels Gone Nutz hop! Full details about the hop and these cards can be found here.
Next, I kept thinking about those scrappy backgrounds I'd made. What was the point of making them If they would then just sit in the stash? I made it a point to snag one and create with it. The result? This simple, uplifting card!
If you've been checking in regularly, then you might have already seen where I had this whole "thing" about some polymer clay I have. The result was this pretty little embellishment and a vow to create more things out of clay.
Since my paper strips were spread across part of my work surface, I decided I wanted to make one more little dent in them before putting them away for a bit. The result? This Thank You card.
It was then time to get ready for my Christmas in My Heart challenge. I pretty much always start with cards and this year was no exception. The result is pretty different from my normal creations and that actually makes me very excited!
Finally, I had another thought for a card. I haven’t made very many slimline cards at all and I really want to experiment with that layout some more. The idea I couldn’t shake was a towering ice cream cone. I’m going to call this one a success too!
Thanks for checking in to see what all I've worked on since the last check in! Now it's time for to be inspired by all the other participants (listed in alphabetical order):

Please go follow each of these lovely and talented designers! We are all posting on our own schedule this month so I'm sure you will never be short of inspiration! If you're on Instagram, search for #juststashjanuary to see a lot of designs at one time! If you're new here, please note that since I've always gone for a lifestyle blog vibe, I do post about other subjects here so not all posts will be specifically related to crafty Just Stash January. That being said, everything I do this month will be from things I already own (unless food based). I'm hardcore when I say Just Stash! :-)
