A lot of Wednesday posts are about wellness for me. This is about the value of taking some time to do what you love, even if it hampers yu from doing something else you love.
I love nature, but I don't get out into it enough. This weekend, I visited a waterfall that is shockingly only about 15 minutes from my house. I knew the time would slow me down and perhaps even prevent me from taking care of some other blog items I wanted to do. But the time with nature is never really wasted. I hope the pictures bring you the sort of calmness I've been desperately seeking.
