As the month continues, so too do we continue exploring Chambord and vodka together. And today's delicious concoction is one I call Sweet Caroline. Why? Well, let's see:
First, a drink needs to have a name. You don't think Sex on the Beach is popular just because of the flavor, do you? Next, it is indeed a sweet drink, one that really showcases the rich raspberry of the Chambord. And finally, with enough of these, you will really find yourself leaning in with Neil Diamond and those "bah bah bah"s! With the promise of a raucous sing-along in your future, let's begin!
You will need:
1.5 ozs Vodka
.5 oz.Chambord
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Ice for shaking
You will also need some basic barware. For this, you will need:
A shot glass with actual .5 ounce markings
A cocktail shaker
A martini glass for serving
Putting it together couldn't be easier. In your ice-filled shaker, combine the vodka, Chambord, and simple syrup. Give it all a great shake and strain into your martini glass. Now set your record player to awesome and sing, sing, sing!
