So today is Wednesday and a lot of times I like to make Wednesdays focused on wellness of some kind. I decided it would be nice to combine my 14 Days of Love and Wellness Wednesday because one of the most important things is to love yourself and taking care of yourself is an excellent way to start that process.
In the spirit of that, I've curated a playlist of workout songs! They are all upbeat in tempo and all deal with love in one way or another. You could of course also use this as a party playlist or a general jamming out playlist. But they all work well when you pop in your headphones and start doing whatever you're doing.
